چکیده
Understanding the mechanism of progressive debonding bolts is great significance for underground safety. In this paper, both laboratory experiment and numerical simulation pull-out tests were performed. The experimental test specimens prepared using cement mortar material, a relationship between strength bolt uniaxial compressive (UCS) material specimen was established. locations crack developed in process identified acoustic emission (AE) technique. reproduced 2D Particle Flow Code (PFC ) with calibrated parameters. results show that axial displacement at peak load during approximately 5 mm cement-based grout all strength. contrast, increased UCS confining medium. Under load, cracks propagated to less than one half anchorage length, indicating lag propagation transmission. dilatation rock induced extended force field along direction; and, it as major contributing factor failure bolt.

Experimental and Numerical Investigation of Rock Dynamic Fracture
Rapid development of engineering activities expands through a variety of rock engineering processes such as drilling, blasting, mining and mineral processing. These activities require rock dynamic fracture mechanics method to characterize the rock behavior. Dynamic fracture toughness is an important parameter for the analysis of engineering structures under dynamic loading. Several experimental...
متن کاملsimulation and experimental studies for prediction mineral scale formation in oil field during mixing of injection and formation water
abstract: mineral scaling in oil and gas production equipment is one of the most important problem that occurs while water injection and it has been recognized to be a major operational problem. the incompatibility between injected and formation waters may result in inorganic scale precipitation in the equipment and reservoir and then reduction of oil production rate and water injection rate. ...
postnatal studies of bats (pipistrellus kuhlii and miniopterus schreibersii) & histomorphology and histochemistry studies of organs and diseases of (neurergus microspilotus and n. kaiseri)
1. to determine whether difference in birth body mass influenced growth performance in pipistrellus kuhlii we studied a total of 12 captive-born neonates. bats were assigned to two body mass groups: light birth body mass (lbw: 0.89 ± 0.05, n=8) and heavy birth body mass (hbw: 1.35 ± 0.08, n=4). heavier body mass at birth was associated with rapid postnatal growth (body mass and forearm length) ...
Experimental Studies of Electrical Fields on a Breaking Rock Sample
When a rock sample is pressed by a force, the pressure on the crystal lattice generates an electrical field around the quart grains due to the piezoelectric effect. If a rock is saturated by conductive fluid, the relative motion between the pore fluid and the matrix solid generates an electromagnetic field due to seismoelectric conversion, and the permeating of fluid into new microcracks made b...
متن کاملNumerical and experimental assessment of stainless and carbon bolted tensioned members with staggered bolts
Current stainless steel design codes, like the Eurocode 3, part 1.4, (2006), are still largely based on analogies with carbon steel structural behavior. The net section rupture represents one of the ultimate limit states usually verified for structural elements submitted to normal tension stress. An investigation aiming to evaluate the tension capacity of carbon and stainless steel bolted struc...
